Processing times
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days from our Melbourne location. Pre-order items will be dispatched within 1–5 business days of the official release date. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped together when the pre-order item becomes available. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping (orders under $100): $11.00 AUD flat rate Standard shipping (orders $100 and over): Free Express shipping: $15.00 AUD flat rate
All orders are fully tracked. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Pre-orders
Pre-order listings are clearly marked on our store. By placing a pre-order you are reserving your item ahead of the official release date. Pre-order release dates are estimates provided by the publisher and are subject to change. GamerBros TCG is not responsible for delays caused by the publisher or distributor. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed as stock is reserved specifically for your order.
Packaging
All cards and sealed product are packed with care. Singles and slabs ship in penny sleeves, toploaders and rigid mailers. Sealed product ships in bubble wrap with a protective outer box. We take full responsibility for items damaged in transit — if your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Returns & refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully:
Sealed product: We do not accept returns on sealed product once it has left our possession as we cannot verify the condition upon return. If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
Singles & graded cards: If your item arrives not as described or is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will offer a full refund or replacement.
Pre-orders: Pre-orders cannot be refunded or cancelled once placed. In the rare event that a pre-order product is discontinued or unavailable, you will receive a full refund.
Change of mind: We do not accept change of mind returns on any products.
